AI Automation Engineer

Quiet machines for loud problems.

I’m Ahnrei (un-ray) and I design AI agents and automated systems that compound while the world sleeps, turning repetitive work into quiet, durable leverage.

Selected work

Things I’ve quietly shipped.

A short selection. Each one replaced a recurring human task with a system that runs on its own — and keeps running.

Agent4hr → 12mindaily triage

Support triage agent for a B2B SaaS

An LLM agent that reads new support tickets, classifies intent, drafts a first response, and routes the ticket to the right human queue. Replaced four hours of daily manual triage.

Pipeline0 → 1morning ritual

Research-to-brief automation for a solo founder

A nightly pipeline that scrapes industry sources, summarizes what's new, drafts an outbound brief with original cover imagery, and queues it for human review by 7am. Founder went from drowning in tabs to a single curated digest.

Knowledge−68%ramp-up questions

Internal RAG over a decade of company docs

A retrieval-augmented chat surface over Notion + Drive + Slack archives, with short Seedance-rendered explainer clips for the most-asked onboarding topics. Question volume to senior staff dropped sharply within the first month.

The approach

A networking mind, applied to agents.

I’ve spent the last several years engineering systems that hum in the background — first as a network engineer building infrastructure that just worked, now in financial systems at BlackRock from Decatur, GA.

AI automation is the natural next layer. The same discipline that keeps a network alive at 3am — clear contracts, observable state, graceful failure modes — is exactly what separates an agent that ships from a demo that doesn’t.

I take on small, well-scoped builds: an agent that replaces a recurring task, a pipeline that runs while you sleep, a knowledge system your team actually uses. Then I leave it running.
